Real Estate: 

Real estate refers to the physical land and any structures permanently attached to it, such as buildings, houses, and other improvements. It also includes anything that is permanently installed or affixed to the property, such as fixtures, appliances, and landscaping.

Example: 

A person buys a house and the land it sits on. The real estate includes not only the physical structure of the house but also the land it sits on, the fixtures such as lighting, and the built-in appliances such as a stove.
