Requirements for Obtaining a Real Estate License in Arkansas

For Arkansas Salespersons:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Complete 60 hours of pre-license education through an approved institution.

Both salesperson and broker exams are administered on a computer in multiple-choice format. The exams include "Pre-Test" questions that do not count against a passing grade. A passing score is 70.
